Hydrotherapy (Aquatic Physiotherapy)
Hydrotherapy or Aquatic Physiotherapy, is physiotherapy practiced in warm water utilising the unique properties of the waterspecifically for an individual to maximise function, which can be physical, physiological or psychological. The water on the hydrotherapy pool is approximately 28-32 degrees, allowing your muscles to relax and easing the pain in your joints.
